PRICING:
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please call for current prices and availability of products. We reserve the right to discontinue products as necessary because of quality, availability, price or other reasons. All pricing is in USD for the USA market only.
RETURNS:
All returns must be within 30 days and are subject to a restocking fee. A return authorization (RMA) number must be first obtained by calling APR at (800)680-7921 or (334)502-5181. A 15% handling and restocking fee will be assessed for each item returned unless you have made other arrangements with APR, LLC. All return shipments must be prepaid. There are no refunds on shipping. All returned items must be in as-new, resellable condition. Any item that has been installed on a vehicle will not be accepted for return under any condition. Apparel must not be worn or washed and tags must not be removed. Please note that certain items are non-returnable or refundable.
CLAIMS:
All merchandise is in good condition when it leaves our shipping department. If a part is lost (box broken open) or damaged via transit, you should immediately notify APR and the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc...). DO NOT return the damaged part(s) to APR, LLC without prior notification. Insurance is optional. All shipments of APR Products will be FOB APR’s facility in Opelika, AL. The Customer shall be responsible for all risks related to shipment. Should the Customer desire a shipment to be insured, it shall be the Customer’s sole responsibility to procure such insurance.
LEGALITY:
We make no claims as to emission performance for street or highway use. Some equipment is not sold for street use in any state or country where state or federal regulations prohibit its use. Some items listed in the online catalog are intended for off road use only. APR, LLC does not make any claims of street legal use of these products that are not intended for use on public roads. We are not affiliated with Volkswagen Audi Group, Porsche AG or any of their subsidiaries. All original artwork is sole property of APR, LLC's webmaster. APR, LLC is not responsible for errors on our website. Unauthorized duplication, transmission electronic or otherwise is strictly prohibited. APR, LLC does not encourage street racing and/or illegal racing on public roads. We encourage you to take lessons from your local racing schools and/or performance driving school(s) to better your knowledge of the use of your automobile and its handling capabilities if you do decide to race. Always remember to be careful while on the road and be courteous to other drivers. Last but not least...ALWAYS WEAR YOUR SAFETY BELT!
WARRANTY:
All items on this site (www.goapr.com) are warranted to be free from defects in the materials and workmanship prior to installation. Warranty is only applicable to the original owner. This warranty does not cover labor, misuse, faulty installation, failure of related parts or parts purchased other than from APR, LLC. Please call for specific warranty information on each product. Each manufacturer may supply different timeframes for their products. APR does not support warranty claims on grey market sales.
ECU UPGRADE LICENSE:
Each APR ECU Upgrade is licensed to a single VIN and customer. An APR ECU Upgrade is non-transferable between multiple VINs. However, an APR ECU Upgrade warranty is transferable between new and old owners of the VIN for a fee of $149. In rare circumstances, such as a total loss of the vehicle, with documented proof and to the discretion of APR, an APR ECU Upgrade may be transferred to the replacement vehicle, for a fee of $149. An APR ECU Upgrade included with APR Hardware, such as an APR Turbocharger System, is non-transferable between VINs and may require an APR Authorization code for installation. In all scenarios, proof of purchase may be required. Please speak to an APR representative for specific information related to each APR ECU Upgrade and scenario.
BACKORDER:
We try to keep backorder to minimum. If this is a time sensitive purchase, please call us for approximate shipping dates. Some items may be dropped shipped from the manufacture.
Some items, such as turbo and exhaust systems are built to order, so there may be a lead time while kits are being assembled.
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING:
APR offers free ground shipping to the lower 48 states for purchases over $100.
Payment can be made by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payment methods by Certified Cashier's Check or Money Order in US dollars only. For Cashier's Check or Money Order, please contact APR in order to receive an exact payment amount for parts and shipping. Pre-payment will include charge for parts and freight.
APR does not support direct shipments outside of the USA. You must use one of our international dealers. Please check our dealer locator, www.goapr.com/dealer/ for a dealer in your country. OTHER SHIPPING INFORMATION:
UPS policy states that all packages require a signature in order for the package to be released. It is up to your individual UPS drivers discretion if he feels comfortable leaving the package. All shipments with a value over $1000/U.S. require a signature. Some shipments are drop shipped and may take up to 2 weeks to arrive. All orders except ECU upgrades will be sent via UPS ground service (domestic), unless otherwise specified. All ECU orders are shipped via UPS Next Business Day service (domestic) unless otherwise specified. No orders will be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Orders are normally processed the within two business days on receipt of order. After carrier attempts to deliver the merchandise three times, the order will be returned to APR, LLC and will only be reshipped at the buyers expense. All merchandise will be shipped FOB origin Opelika, Alabama, USA unless drop shipped.
PRIVACY STATEMENT:
APR, LLC does not sell, rent, trade, or loan our customer's names, VIN number, email address or any type of personal information we collect. You may receive information from us, detailing new products, tracking numbers for shipping, or new features on our websites.
CYBER INTRUSION DISCLAIMER
As APR’s customers are well aware, modern cars are controlled by ECU/TCU’s. This is a good thing. Without the ECU/TCU, modern cars would not be capable of the performance and functionality they provide – and we would not be able to improve that performance and functionality through our software products. However, the ECU/TCU and other vehicle network architecture (including adaptive cruise control, collision warning, lane departure warning, park assist, passive anti-theft, tire pressure monitoring, remote keyless entry/start, Bluetooth, radio data, WiFi and systems and telematics, internet and other application functionality) make your car inherently subject to the risk of an attacker gaining control via a remote compromise. APR disclaims any and all warranties regarding the security of your ECU/TCU or other vehicle network architecture from intrusion, tampering or other compromise by third parties. APR further disclaims any and all liability whatsoever for damages arising out of, related to or resulting from any such intrusion, tampering or compromise.
